I love a piece on your website, but it isn't in my favourite colour, can you do it in a different colour for me?
Yes! Just send me your favourite colours and which one it is through the contact page on this website, Facebook or Instagram and we'll treat it as a commission.
How long will it take to make a commission?
This largely depends on the piece, but I aim to turn them around very quickly. If you want a commission for a specific date then please let me know and we can work together to try and prioritise your work being with you for that date!
How long until my piece arrives?
All of my pieces are handmade and therefore take time! please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. All orders are shipped first class with a protective envelope. If you are wanting your order for a specific date then please let me know when you order.
What if I don't like the commission?
There is no obligation to buy, but I will work closely with you, sending draft images and making any changes that you require to ensure you get exactly what you are hoping for!
Can I see any reviews to ensure the quality of the work?
As a fairly new business I encourage and want as much feedback as possible! You can find reviews on Facebook and Instagram for my products and when you receive your piece I would love it if you could support me by posting your own review!
